Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and remote diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software
  • Answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Document problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation
  • Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service or care issues
  • Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts
  • Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
  • Identifies, researches, and provides input on unique or recurring customer problems
  • Remains knowledgeable of Dell's product line, current industry products, and technologies
  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
  • Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution
  • May be involved in revenue generation activities with current Dell customers
  • Reviews and distributes pertinent cross-functional information
  • Escalates more complex customer technical issues to senior level support
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in technical support
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Dell's product line and current industry products and technologies
