About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery as required.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a focus on producing high-quality products. You will be required to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Bake shop.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
