Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to optimize our manufacturing schedule and ensure seamless communication with suppliers and internal customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling builds, chassis specifications, and sub-contractors, as well as managing specifications and OEM change orders with chassis OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule all builds and chassis specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce chassis dwell time
  • Manage specifications and OEM change orders with chassis OEMs to prioritize schedule and cost reduction efforts
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of commonly-used practices and equipment used in manufacturing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with quality and lean principles
  • Class 3 or higher drivers license with air brakes endorsement considered an asset
