Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kinderbees Early Learning Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive experience.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on outings to local points of interest, fostering a sense of wonder and curiosity.
  • Creative Expression: Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Health and Hygiene: Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits, promoting healthy habits from an early age.
  • Snack Preparation and Room Arrangement: Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily routine.
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Behavioral Guidelines: Establish clear guidelines for behavior, promoting a positive and respectful environment for all children.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
