About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Highlevel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, providing guidance and support to our team members.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and plans to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
