About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at STUDY2020 CONSULTING INC. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Access Management: Ensure seamless access to computer networks for our clients and internal teams.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on the performance of computer systems and networks to identify areas for improvement.
  • User Support: Respond promptly to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and provide timely resolutions.
  • Problem-Solving and Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Application Redesign and Development: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide expert-level support to users in response to identified difficulties with business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity.
