Job Summary

Groupe sacs Frontenac inc is seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team as a Packaging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Handling: Safely transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Packaging and Preparation: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products for shipping and storage.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to ensure smooth production.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
