Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At PROJECT WYNDFIELD INC., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, preparing and submitting reports as necessary.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for team members, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or concession environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
