As a key member of our Marketing division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our current customers and potential new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and drive business growth.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions to ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Research and resolve client issues through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure brand satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated consistency in achieving and exceeding goals and strong customer orientation.
