Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
