Aerospace Design and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Electronics Design Technologist to join our team at MTL Aerostructure. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronics systems for our aerospace clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and development of electrical and electronics systems, including computer-aided design (CAD) and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical and electronics systems to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 5 years or more in electrical and electronics design and development.
- Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and electrical and electronics systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel to client sites.
