About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at ATF TRANSPORT INC. as a key member of our repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports and provide accurate quotes to customers.
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and prioritize repair work to meet customer deadlines and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and safety.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Replace front-end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components as needed.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
  • Be able to lift, bend, and crouch to perform tasks.
  • Work overtime as required to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
