About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our team at Scotiabank. As a Network Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and supporting our enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex network solutions using leading-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other technology systems.
  • Provide expert-level support for assigned systems, including troubleshooting and resolving high-complexity issues.
  • Develop and implement network automation scripts using Python and REST API endpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including software-defined networking and cloud computing.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive hands-on technical experience in network design, deployment, and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, including Nexus N9K/N7K/N5K/N2K Solutions and Catalyst N9K.
  • Experience with firewall technologies, including Fortigate and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense.
  • Knowledge of software-defined networking technologies, including Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure and VMware NSX.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
