We're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare communication, and we need a Senior Director, Media Strategy & Integration to lead the charge.

This role is at the heart of our mission, where you'll develop and execute integrated media strategies that resonate with both healthcare providers and patients. You'll work closely with our media planning teams, research departments, and senior leadership to drive impactful media strategies across multiple channels.

Your strategic vision will be vital in defining go-to-market strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of our media solutions. You'll lead the development of media strategies for both healthcare providers (HCP) and patient segments, ensuring tailored and effective communication approaches.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the media pitch process from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams to create compelling, client-focused narratives and strategies.
  • Overseeing the execution of cross-channel media planning and optimization efforts, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with media planning, research, and analytics teams to shape and refine media strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Mentoring and developing junior members of the media team, enhancing their skills in strategy, storytelling, and business acumen.
  • Contributing to new business development efforts by leading strategic planning and participating in pitch presentations.
  • Providing thought leadership on media strategy, staying abreast of industry trends and integrating emerging media technologies into our approach.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in media strategy, a proven track record of success in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, and a strong understanding of HCP and patient media strategies.
