Position Overview

As a Financial Records Specialist at KP Technologies Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Financial Management: Prepare general ledger and journal entries, manage accounts receivable and payable, and prepare trial balances.
  • Audit Preparation: Open and close books for auditors and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Analysis: Review deposit and withdrawal behaviors, assess fixed assets and depreciation, and perform financial calculations including costing and budgeting.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Prepare payroll, invoice clients, and collect payments from debtors.
  • Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data while maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and income tax documentation.
  • General Office Duties: Address customer complaints, organize inventory, and perform clerical tasks.
