As a Financial Records Specialist at KP Technologies Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Financial Management: Prepare general ledger and journal entries, manage accounts receivable and payable, and prepare trial balances.
- Audit Preparation: Open and close books for auditors and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Financial Analysis: Review deposit and withdrawal behaviors, assess fixed assets and depreciation, and perform financial calculations including costing and budgeting.
- Payroll and Invoicing: Prepare payroll, invoice clients, and collect payments from debtors.
- Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data while maintaining filing and record systems.
- Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and income tax documentation.
- General Office Duties: Address customer complaints, organize inventory, and perform clerical tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively

- Highly organized and reliable
We are looking for candidates with 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours per week of work in an English-speaking environment.
