About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at 2588729 Ontario Inc. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, provide basic information on facilities, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral and written communication.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, standing for extended periods, and walking.
