As a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bidding, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling of assigned projects. You will oversee your project team to ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading the project with the support of your project team
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Overseeing the efficient operation and coordination of all project elements from inception to completion, including cost estimation, gross profit, scheduling, and quality assurance
  • Maintaining client satisfaction through consistent communication and prompt responses to inquiries
  • Ensuring timely management of progress billings, final payments, and holdbacks
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the project team across all project dimensions
  • Collaborating effectively with other project teams

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing various aspects of commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects
  • A post-secondary degree in Engineering or a related construction field
  • Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills to engage with all stakeholders
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
