Job Title: Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Trusser Construction. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and adhering to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work overtime when necessary. You will be working in various locations, and your tasks will include repetitive activities.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Health care plan and other benefits
  • 40 hours per week, with overtime required
  • English language proficiency
