Supplier Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Vendor Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our supplier base and mitigating potential risks.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments of our suppliers to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Database Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our supplier risk databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the risk management process.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to track supplier risk levels, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our risk management processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
- Background in Accounting/Finance: A minimum of three years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in database management and data analysis.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
