Position Overview

Thind Motion Films Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Media Coordinator to enhance our marketing and communication efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage our media relations and promotional activities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a diploma from a non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a related field.
Work Environment
  • Industry: Business and various sectors.
  • Location: Multiple locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative duties to support marketing initiatives.
  • Address inquiries from the business community regarding growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer buying behaviors and preferences.
  • Perform comparative studies on marketing tactics for both industrial and commercial products.
  • Serve as the organization's spokesperson.
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries effectively.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate special events and promotional activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio of marketing assets.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Manage online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies.
  • Deliver presentations at various industry events.
  • Develop and execute business plans.
  • Oversee office and volunteer personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
