As a Skilled Tradesperson, you will play a vital role in the repair and refurbishment of transit buses and highway coaches. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to ensure the highest quality workmanship.

• Disassemble and reassemble coach and transit buses
• Cut and fit plywood floors, rubber bus floor coverings, and aluminum trims
• Install passenger seats, grab handles, windows, lights, and floor heaters
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including metal brakes, shears, band saws, welders, torches, hammers, workshop presses, chisels, table saws, and more
• Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

We are seeking individuals with:

• Experience working in an industrial setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or automotive body restoration
• Proficiency in using various tools, such as cutting wheels, shears, gauges, table saws, skill saws, and workshop presses
• A safety-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials
