Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Strategic Management Professor to join our team at the University of Ottawa. As a Change Management Expert, you will be responsible for leading large-scale systems change and process consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational change
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct process analysis and design to improve organizational efficiency
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour or Human Resources Management
  • PhD preferred
  • Recent professional experience in change management and organizational development

Working Conditions

This is a regular part-time professor position with a teaching load of 39 hours per week. The course will be delivered in person, with the possibility of changes due to health measures or other reasons.
