Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Shui Wing Fung. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.
Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering a sense of independence and confidence
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, encouraging learning and fun
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring a balanced diet for the children
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods, promoting healthy sleep habits
- Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and nurturing environment
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and support when needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in child care and development
- Criminal record check and reference required
- Public transportation available
Our Child Caregiver will work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. This is not a condition of employment.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in this role.
Hours:30 hours per week, with a focus on providing consistent and reliable care to the children.
