Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Victoriaville office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email
- Work closely with the sales and events team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement
- Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives
- Perform other related tasks as required to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cycling industry or retail/e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive work culture
- Knowledge of sales and management techniques an asset
