Job Summary:

The Bilingual Funding Coordinator will play a crucial role in Honda Canada's Financial Service (HFS) Funding team, contributing to dealer satisfaction by efficiently and timely processing lease and retail contracts. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all retail and lease contracts, rebooks through eBiz and the LOS system;
  • Answer dealer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain strong dealer relationships;
  • Perform other duties related to contract processing as required;
  • Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) as it pertains to HCFI internal controls within your day-to-day job function.

Requirements:

  • Completed College diploma or University degree in a related discipline;
  • Minimum 1 year in data processing and or captive finance company required;
  • Bilingual French English required;
  • Ability to multitask, display initiative, integrity, and strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team;
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands, and meet tight deadlines;
  • Working knowledge of automotive retail and lease contracts;
  • Must be proficient in Windows and MS Office;
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships and all members of the team;
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships within Honda North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
