About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendant to join our team at KAY RESIDENCE. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring a balanced diet
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with exercise and mobility, promoting physical health and well-being
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment

Our clients reside in a non-smoking environment, and we require our Personal Care Attendants to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
