Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Aux Palais Exquis is seeking a skilled Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing cash and recording sales accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Food and Beverage Server trade certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
