We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Student to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting, and administrative tasks, while contributing to the success of our Canadian Buildings Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into our accounting system with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company invoicing with attention to detail.
  • Assist with courier and phone costing, as well as running and updating reports.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and field telephone calls with professionalism.
  • Perform data entry, typing of correspondence, and formatting of documents with efficiency.
  • Assist with board meeting preparation, including coordination of information and setup.
  • Support administrative staff with overflow work and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
