Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and bringing to market critical GNSS anti-jam antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing, and communication applications.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing long-term vision, strategy, and multi-generation roadmaps for existing and new applications and customers.
  • Working closely with the sales team to develop GNSS anti-jam product solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Contributing to the anti-jam portfolio strategy, maximizing the value proposition of the product across numerous markets.
  • Creating and evaluating business plans and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets.
  • Owning the anti-jam portfolio strategy and roadmaps and responsible for presenting business cases in front of executive leaders.
  • Acting as the representative of the end-user for road-map definition within the company.
  • Defining requirements, including use cases, for new anti-jam products and technologies.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop and bring to market the most innovative anti-jam portfolio.
  • Developing a 'go-to-market' strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral.
  • Gathering information and getting agreements among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Analyzing and reporting key portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions.
  • Evaluating competitive products and technology trends.
  • Ensuring the success of new product launches.
  • National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs.
  • Representing Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division at trade-shows and conferences.
Key Metrics

The success of this role will be measured by:

  • Financial growth and profitability of the anti-jam portfolio.
  • Sustainable strategy in short, medium, and long term across all markets.
  • Accurate business case and market needs assessments for new products.
  • Successful customer adoption of new products.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of product management and/or business development experience, preferably with an antenna and/or GNSS focus.
  • Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ('ITAR') or the Export Administration Regulations ('EAR') must be US Persons per ITAR §120.15 and EAR §772.1.

While not required, it would be beneficial to have:

  • B2B experience in hardware technologies.
  • Previous experience managing an antenna or GNSS anti-jam portfolio.
