Executive Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of General Manager at R&T Tax Management Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- Manage events and develop client information systems.
- Oversee quality control and file review.
- Provide financial, business, and tax advice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
Compensation:
$85.50-$87.50 per hour.
Special Consideration:
