Job Title: Front-end Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end Development Lead to join our team at Thinkmax in Montreal. As a key member of our digital development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of front-end solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and triage digital support tickets from multiple clients
  • Analyze and propose solutions to client requests based on industry best practices
  • Provide level 2 support for digital commerce platforms such as Optimizely Customized Commerce and Microsoft D365 Commerce
  • Manage escalation support requests with our partners
  • Manage code deployments through the development lifecycle
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours client support
  • Provide mentoring to junior resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Experience with NET MVC, Git, Microsoft SQL Server, and the Azure tech stack
  • Experience with digital commerce solutions and front-end development frameworks such as React and Angular
  • Experience with Dynamics D365 is an asset
