About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Camino Taco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage servers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance and operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
