Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hope Wellness Centre Inc. as a key member of our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve work-related problems and improve productivity.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
