As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and foster a positive work environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the store's visual standards, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a candidate who can work 30-40 hours per week and is available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. If you have a passion for interior decor, merchandising, and customer service leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in their home decor choices and provide expert advice
- Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring seamless operations
- Train and coach team members to achieve sales goals and exceptional customer service
- Support operational tasks for stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Maintain the store's visual appeal and cleanliness
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record in customer service leadership and team management
- Passion for interior decor, merchandising, and visual standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
