Parking Lot Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parking Lot Attendant to join our team at Toronto Honda. As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience.
  • Deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient way.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, including sweeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Perform services specific to the parking lot, such as directing traffic, assisting with parking, and responding to emergencies.
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of our customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) is required.
  • Criminal record check is a must.
  • Public transportation is available, and experience is an asset.
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
