  5. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
