About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at MAJHA EXTERIORS LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, flexible, reliable, and a team player.
