Job Title: Systems Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Manager to join our team at JobCart Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our QMS in accordance with IATF Certification and ISO 9001/2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Coordinate and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address any identified non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies to maintain certification status and address any audit findings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any quality-related issues.

Requirements:

  • IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force)
  • ISO 9001/2015 Certification
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Excellent internal auditing skills with relevant training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
