We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global Finance, Regulatory Risk Governance group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory risk management strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and advice to business units on regulatory risk management and compliance.
  • Design and implement training programs to ensure ongoing compliance with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Champion a high-performance environment that fosters an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Risk environments.
  • Professional Accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial and management reporting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of risks (inherent and residual) impacting banking and finance, internal controls, and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical, data visualization, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to interact with various Finance units at different management levels.
  • Excellent people skills to foster a positive work environment that values teamwork and provides a productive, enjoyable, and satisfying experience for all.
