Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care through group and individual counseling in accordance with current treatment plans.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Participate in leading and co-leading patient groups, promoting socialization and skill-building.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding patient needs and concerns.
- Under the direction of the Program Manager, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
