Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment, identify areas for improvement, and support our Health & Safety program.
- Communication: Maintain an open and transparent communication program to keep employees informed.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to collective agreements, union/management/employee relations, and applicable regulations.
- Reporting: Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Education: Graduate of an Electrical Engineering Technology program or equivalent.
- Certification: Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent.
- Experience: Pulp & Paper experience is an asset.
- Language: Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
