Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Supervise the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for various baked goods, ensuring that recipes are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and kitchen staff to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of bakery production.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and the working environment is clean and safe.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
