Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Boye Construction Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication skills
