Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions, adhering to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale, restocking items as needed to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Basic Math Skills: Basic math and counting skills are required for accurate transaction processing.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
