About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Millwright Helper to join our team at Axxion Energy Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Assist tradespersons and other workers with various tasks, including moving equipment and materials, cleaning machines and work areas, and performing other duties as directed.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and guidance to newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, and participate in diversity and cross-cultural training programs to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, and provide cultural competency training to all employees to promote a welcoming work environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
  • Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime as needed.
