Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, using fresh ingredients and creative flair
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Natural ability to connect with others, building strong relationships and a loyal customer base
  • Continuous learning and professional development, seeking opportunities to grow and improve
  • Liquor Service certification
