Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Torus Talent is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client's team in Delta, BC. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects with minimal director involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor Project Managers to ensure adherence to company processes and successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction (commercial/institutional preferred).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
