About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Billing Support Representative to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their billing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Agency Bill Business: You will be responsible for managing the Agency Bill business, including payment management, statement keying, and reconciliations.
  • Support Inquiries: You will provide support to clients through various channels, including phone and email, pertaining to pricing, billing, and payments.
  • Manage Broker Related Commission Inquiries: You will be responsible for managing broker-related commission inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Influence Customer Loyalty: You will work to influence customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to internal and external customers regarding broker bill processes.
  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed financial records according to company procedure.
Requirements
  • University Degree or College Diploma: You will require a university degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent Keyboarding Skills: You will require excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and Communication Skills: You will require strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • French Bilingualism: French bilingualism is preferred, but not required.
  • Background Checks: You will be required to undergo successful clearance of background checks, including credit and criminal checks, and business references.

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
