HP Beauty is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Reservation ManagementTake, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Guest ServicesProvide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
Communication and Customer ServiceRespond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Cash Handling and AccountingProcess guest payments, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
Emergency ProceduresFollow emergency and safety procedures, including first aid and fire evacuation protocols.
Clerical and Administrative TasksPerform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, as well as clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
Wake-up Calls and Special RequestsContact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls and respond to special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience.
Work SettingRelocation costs not covered by employer, willing to relocate.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAttention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, work under pressure.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours37.5 hours per week.
