Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pearle Vision. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care to our patients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring patients receive the best possible vision solution.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing expert guidance to help customers choose the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-maintained.
- Embody our company values by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task, with a flexible approach to a quickly changing environment.
